- Property entrance is accessed via an exterior stairwell.
- This is a third-floor condo.
- St. James Plantation has four entrances; only the main gate on HWY 211 is manned 24/7.
Property Access
- Access to the St. James Plantation Beach Club with oceanfront pool, restrooms, and private beach strand is included. Note: Paid, public parking on 72nd Street must be used by guests.
- Access is provided to the Marsh Winds pool, transient boat docking in the marina, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the private Beach Club in Oak Island.
- Ground level amenities include: parking lot, pool, golf course, walking trails, playgrounds, and marina.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age for rental: 25 years.
- Children allowed.

- No pets allowed (maxPets: 0).
- Short stays and monthly rentals accepted.
Fees and Payments
- Linens: Guests can receive a $37.82 discount if they bring their own sheets and towels. If linen service is selected, linens will be wrapped in sanitary packaging and placed on the bedspread.
Parking Information
- Parking lot with unassigned parking spaces is available for guests.
- The Beach Club is for guest use; however, parking at the Beach Club is for owners only. Guests must use public paid parking on 72nd Street.
- Contact St. James Marina to inquire about renting a boat slip.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- The Marsh Winds pool is typically open for use from May 1st to the second week of October.
- Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
